Below is a list and description of some

Fantastico makes instalation of the software
listed below very easy, it takes only a few clicks of the mouse
for the software to be fully installed and intergrated into your
Web
Hosting Plan. All aspects of the install are completed automaticaly
the only input from you the user is usualy the name of the directory
that you would like it installed to and the name of the database
(if needed).
Full instructions are shown while installing.
The Fantastico features may be added to or removed at any time depending

Through the admin side of the application you can set up user
accounts. These Users may then log into the Client side and
write any amount of requests to the system. On submitting
a request the request is emailed to the Administrator's email

Admin can respond to all User tickets and the users will be
emailed when the Admin replies.
Attachments can be uploaded to an individual post. This may
