as to what I can and can't put on my home page or site? |
| A. Yes as with every web
host there are certain guidlines that need to be followed,
please read our TOS
and our AUP. |

Q. What is a website? |
| A. A website is a collection of web pages (html,
htm, php etc) and images (gif, jpg, etc) stored on an internet
server, whenever somone directs their brrowser to your website
they will see these pages and images. |

Q. What is a URL? |
| A. A URL is the pointer to a website
or webpage hosted on an internet server, for example the URL
of this page is http://www.sunbizhosting.co.uk/faq.php |

| Q. Do I need a domain
name to have a web hosting account with you? |
| A. Yes you must have a valid domain name in
order to have a web
hosting account with us. Please do a search for your desired
domain name and make sure that the purchase has gone through
before you sign up for a new hosting
account with us. |

| Q. Do you allow chat rooms on your servers? |
| A. The only chat rooms we allow are those provided
for you in your Control
Panel. As for other third party chat rooms then you must
first let us know what Chat script you want to use so we can
make a decision if to allow it or not. The reason for this
is that a lot of chat rooms are System Hogs and could impede
the performance of the server for other users. |

| Q. Can I have MP3 files
on my Hosting Plan? |
| A. Yes we allow MP3 files to be used on your
account as long as you own the rights to the music or have
permission from the copyright owner to do so. |

| Q. Can I upload Cracks
or Serials to my Hosting Plan |
| A. NO these are illegal and are NOT
ALLOWED on our servers. If you are found to be hosting
Cracks or Serials on your hosting
plan then your account will be suspended until you remove
them or terminated. Suspension or termination is at our discretion. |
