Q. What if I want to
cancel my Hosting with you? |
A. We would be sorry to have you leave us but
you can cancel your Hosting with us at any time. |

Q. Will I get my remaining
money back if I cancel my account? |
A. If you are on a monthly payment option then
you will receive a rebate for the remainder of that month
as long as you have not used all or most of your Web
Hosting Plans Bandwidth for that month. If you are on
a yearly Web
Hosting Plan then you will receive a rebate for the remaining
months of your Hosting Plan. |

Q. Can I change my
payment options from Paypal to Credit Card? |
A. We will be accepting all major credits cards
very soon, once this is in place Please contact billing@sunwebhosting.co.uk
there is no charge for changing payment options. |

Q. How do I update
my contact information on my account? |
A. To update your information, insert a trouble
ticket or e-mail Billing with your new information. Be sure
to include your old information with your e-mail or in your
trouble ticket. The e-mail address for Billing is billing@sunbizhosting.co.uk |
