Q. Can I host adult material?

A. You can host some Legal Adult Material but you cannot host an Adult Site, the reason we do not allow Adult Sites is because they tend to be system hogs and drain a lot of the servers resources meaning other sites will run slow.

Q. What is your policy on bandwidth?

A. We do not limit your transfer rate for your account. Your account will have a 100mbps network connection. We only limit the free amount of data transfer per month. You will receive an email that will let you know when you are approaching your limit. We do not throttle (limit) your bandwidth at all.

Q. Do you offer any uptime guarantee?

A. We understand that downtime can lose you customers and lose us your business that is why we do everything in our power to make sure our servers are always functioning.

Our current network uptime is over 99%. In the event of a hardware-related problem we will immediately replace any failed component, replacements are usually made within 12 hours.

We will make every attempt to correct the problem as soon as possible. All customers on that server will be notified by e-mail once the problem is resolved.

If the server you are hosted on fails for any reason other than hardware failure or Act Of God then we offer a rebate for the time your personal website(s), Reseller Account or Business website(s) were down.

Q. Can I create mail accounts on my server?

A. You can create as many email accounts as you like and setup up auto-responders, forwarding, aliasing, and any other mail services you require using.

Q. Can I resell the space on my account?

A. Only if you have a Reseller Web Hosting Account.

Q. What Methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Paypal and soon we will accept all major credit cards, We also accept checks. we do not provide invoices, although you can print out a billing statement from the members area.

Q. What security measures are taken by you?

A. We take security very seriously. Every precaution is taken to ensure that absolutely no one has access to your account other than our technical staff. We do not monitor content and do not release customer profiles or disseminate customer information.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. You place an order by going through our automatic online sign up process. At the end of the process you will receive emails to the email address you provided with your new hosting account information, these emails will also give you login details so that you can start moving your web site immediately to your account.

Q. May I change the billing date on my account?

A. We are unable to change the billing date on your Web Hosting Account. To get a date close to your desired billing date, order your Web Hosting Account the day of the month AFTER you would like to be billed. For example, if you would like to be billed on the 23rd of each month, order your account on the 24th of the month to ensure that you are.

Q. How do I change my address or e-mail information?

A. To update your information, insert a trouble ticket or e-mail Billing with your new information. Be sure to include your old information with your e-mail or in your trouble ticket. The e-mail address for Billing is billing@sunbizhosting.co.uk

Q. Can I host multiple domains?

A. You can if you have a Reseller Account, you cannot host multiple domains on a Shared Web Hosting account.

Q. What type of Control Panel do the Web Hosting Plans use?

A. All our Web Hosting Accounts come with cPanel, and all our Reseller Accounts come with WHM and cPanel

Q. Do I get telnet or ssh access?

A. NO we do not provide shell access to any of our servers.
